This PSI exam preparation course is designed specifically for out-of-state licensed students preparing for the state portion of the Iowa real estate licensing exam to gain reciprocity. The course provides in-depth coverage of state-specific laws, regulations, and practices essential for both broker and salesperson candidates. With a strong focus on understanding and applying Iowa’s unique real estate principles, this course covers Iowa Code 543B & 558A, Administrative Rules, 193E, review videos, and practice exam questions.

*Please confirm reciprocity eligibility with the Iowa Real Estate Commission before taking this course for Salesperson or Broker licenses.  There is no continuing education credits offered with this course.
