12 CE #270-002PL October 31st, 8am-5pm & November 1st, 8am-12pm
Working with Buyers is a fundamental part of a real estate agent’s business. This course will review the benefits of homeownership, where and how to find Buyer clients, consulting and setting agency standards plus contract review. It is one of three 12-hour courses required for license application. This course contains no testing, nor is it required to take the PSI Real Estate Exam.
The Iowa Real Estate Commission REQUIRES full-time attendance and students to be on camera full-time with a working microphone for all Zoom courses.
