Trust accounts are a large broker responsibility! This course will cover the Iowa Code surrounding what a broker needs to know to set up, maintain, and avoid costly audits of their trust account. This course will also explore trust accounts from the real estate and property management perspective plus software to keep your account reconciliation straight.
The Iowa Real Estate Commission REQUIRES full-time attendance and students to be on camera full-time with a working microphone for all Zoom courses.
