60 CE June 9th-13th & June 16th-20th, 8am-2pm
Pre-Broker Course Bundles include all 60 live credit hours (nine courses) needed to apply for your Iowa Broker’s License. It includes Federal & State Laws Affecting Iowa Practice, Iowa Real Estate Trust Accounts, Real Estate Law and Agency Law, Contract Law and Contract Writing, Ethics and Safety Issues for Brokers, Real Estate Technology & Data Security, Real Estate Finance, Principles of Appraising and Market Analysis, Real Estate Office Organization, Administration and Human Resources.
The Iowa Real Estate Commission REQUIRES full-time attendance and students to be on camera full-time with a working microphone for all Zoom courses. Please review the full School Policy prior to purchase.
*This Ethics course may fulfill state licensing and NAR membership requirements, yet your local board of REALTORS will determine approval.
