Ethics & Safety Issues for Brokers

Ethics and Agent Safety are the foundational elements of any brokerage. This course will study the history of the code of ethics, arbitration processes, case studies, and the pathways to professionalism. It will also take an in-depth look at safety at the office, working with clients, and at home.

The Iowa Real Estate Commission REQUIRES full-time attendance and students to be on camera full-time with a working microphone for all Zoom courses.

*Typically, this course will fulfill state licensing and NAR membership requirements, yet your local board of REALTORS will determine approval.
