Mortgages make the real estate world go round and round. This course will cover the fundamentals of mortgage payments, common terms, and the financing system, including mortgage types, plus calculating payments and federal laws. In real estate, knowing these key financing elements can take you from a real estate agent to a real estate professional.
The Iowa Real Estate Commission REQUIRES full-time attendance and students to be on camera full-time with a working microphone for all Zoom courses.
