60 Hour Pre-License: July 2026 (Zoom)

This 8-weekday course is the major element to obtaining your Iowa Real Estate Exam and is the only course for those required to take the PSI Real Estate Exam. You will learn national material defining real estate, development, and regulation, how real estate is owned and transferred, plus how it is financed and valued. In addition, this course will cover state-specific material, including Iowa Code 543B, 558A & Administrative Rules 193E, which defines how an agent protects the public. The 60-hour Pre-License course covers all of the required coursework described by the Iowa Real Estate Commission and outlined by PSI Exams.  The course includes National & State digital study materials, a glossary of real estate terms, and practice quiz questions. (Monday-Friday & Monday-Wednesday, 8am-3:30pm daily with a 30 minute lunch)

The Iowa Real Estate Commission REQUIRES full-time attendance and students to be on camera full-time with a working microphone for all Zoom courses. Please review the full School Policy prior to purchase.
