This course is the major element to obtaining your Iowa Real Estate Exam and is the only course required to take the PSI Real Estate Exam. You will learn national material defining real estate, development, and regulation, how real estate is owned and transferred, plus how it is financed and valued. In addition, this course will cover state-specific material, including Iowa Code 543B, 558A & Administrative Rules 193E, which defines how an agent protects the public. The 60-hour Pre-License course covers all of the required coursework described by the Iowa Real Estate Commission and outlined by PSI Exams.
