Working with Sellers is a foundational part of any real estate agent’s career. This course will cover where to find Seller clients, creating marketing plans including pricing and market analysis, and negotiating offers with a sample of necessary listing paperwork. It is one of three 12-hour courses required for license application. This course contains no testing, nor is it required to take the PSI Real Estate Exam.
The Iowa Real Estate Commission REQUIRES full-time attendance and students to be on camera full-time with a working microphone for all Zoom courses.
