The real estate laws of the land cover general topics addressing the definition of real property, government involvement in real estate and development, and how real estate is owned and transferred. The transfer of real estate will focus on the real estate agent’s role in agency laws.
The Iowa Real Estate Commission REQUIRES full-time attendance and students to be on camera full-time with a working microphone for all Zoom courses.
