Discover the federal and state laws that affect real estate such as Anti-Trust Laws, Fair Housing, Iowa Code 543B, and Administrative Rules 193. This course is part of the required Pre-Broker Course series and does count towards 6 of the 8 hours required for mandatory Law Update.
The Iowa Real Estate Commission REQUIRES full-time attendance and students to be on camera full-time with a working microphone for all Zoom courses.
