This course will cover the language of housing styles, design terms, and the most influential homes in American Architecture. In addition, the course will challenge you to learn the descriptive words used to market homes and their unique features. Whether you’re an HGTV buff or not, this course is designed for any agent looking to polish their descriptive real estate skills.
The Iowa Real Estate Commission REQUIRES full-time attendance and students to be on camera full-time with a working microphone for all Zoom courses.
