The Iowa Real Estate Commission REQUIRES full-time attendance and students to be on camera full-time with a working microphone for all Zoom courses. Showing up late or leaving early will result in non-completion of the course, including break times.
Please be in a professional-type spot with few distractions, such as riding or driving a car. Just remember, we can all see your activity, so smoking, eating, or lounging can all be seen as distractions by the entire group.
We will start promptly on time each day and most breaks will be approximately every 60-90 minutes. Breaks are typically 10-15 minutes long. Each CE hour, according to the Iowa Real Estate Commission, is 50 minutes.
