This course is designed to help the individual agent define their own ethical standards & values as it relates to the real estate industry. The course will review the daily ethical dilemmas real estate clients face in their business, as well as specific case studies on common topics regarding the real estate industry. This course aims to educate on the code of ethics, its preamble, and the pathways to professionalism as per the National Association of Realtors. This course fulfills state licensing renewal requirements and is approved by the Iowa Real Estate Commission, yet may not fulfill the NAR membership requirements for Ethics. Your local board of REALTORS determines approval, yet free resources are available at NAR.REALTOR.
