In All Fairness covers course material, with the Fair Housing Act as the foundation. Other materials include NAR articles, the Fair Housing Pledge, and court cases illustrating Fair Housing outcomes. You can learn what you can do to strengthen your skills as an agent to best serve all clients.
This course is approved by the Iowa Real Estate Commission for CE, yet may not fulfill the NAR membership requirements for Fair Housing. Your local board of REALTORS determines approval, yet free resources are available at NAR.REALTOR.
