Law Update covers a variety of topics and reviews key areas and how they may impact your real estate business. Areas of discussion include but are not limited to IAR Frequently Asked Questions, E&O insurance, Trust Accounts, Title Issues, Fair Housing, and recent law updates. This course meets the mandatory requirement for license renewal and this course has been approved by the Iowa Real Estate Commission.
The Iowa Real Estate Commission REQUIRES full-time attendance and students to be on camera full-time with a working microphone for all Zoom courses.
