Law Update covers various topics and reviews key areas and how they may impact your real estate business. Areas of discussion include but are not limited to IAR Frequently Asked Questions, E&O insurance, Trust Accounts, Title Issues, Fair Housing, and recent law updates.

This course fulfills state licensing renewal requirements and is approved by the Iowa Real Estate Commission, yet may not fulfill the NAR membership requirements for Fair Housing.  Your local board of REALTORS determines approval, yet free resources are available at NAR.REALTOR.
