The words you use every day are either building your credibility or quietly chipping away at it — and most agents have no idea which one is happening. Scripts to Scrap takes an honest look at the phrases, filler words, and four-letter language habits that signal self-doubt before a client has any reason to doubt you. Through the course, students will identify the scripts they use on autopilot, understand what those scripts communicate to clients, and leave with language they can put to work immediately.
