Getting started
Course requirements: Online courses are self-paced and must be completed within six months. Per the Iowa Real Estate Commission, you must answer a minimum of 10 questions per course hour with a passing score of 80% or more.
Materials & recommended supplies: Materials for this course are in a digital format, which can be printed from the course materials section, if you choose. You are encouraged to have pens, highlighters, a standard calculator, index cards, and snacks to keep energy high!
Cost: $315 (self paced), $450 (live via Zoom)
